Via webhook
Catch a quote lead, map its fields and use an action supported by your CRM to create a contact, lead or task.
Custom webhook
Receive structured lead data at a public HTTPS address. An optional signing secret lets your receiver verify the request.
Manual import
Export quote leads from your dashboard, then import the file into a system that accepts CSV. This is not a live sync.

Built around contractor workflows
For pole barn builders, remodelers, deck builders and roofers. These are possible connection routes—not native, one-click integrations.
Marketing & sales pipelines
Use a workflow with an Inbound Webhook trigger, where your GoHighLevel plan includes it.
Texting & follow-up
Send leads in with a webhook if your Flow Messaging account supports one, or use Zapier/Make or email forwarding.
Pole barn & custom builders
Connect through Zapier/Make, or a custom receiver connected to JobTread's API.
Decks, roofing & home service
Use Jobber's Zapier/Make actions to create a client or request.
Roofing & exterior
Route leads through Zapier/Make into a JobNimbus contact or job.
Larger builders & remodelers
Use Buildertrend's lead-intake options or an automation tool where available.
Residential service & repair
Connect through Zapier to create a customer or lead.
General CRMs
Use Zapier/Make actions to create a contact and deal.
Availability depends on your CRM's current integrations, permissions and subscription. Check that the receiving action exists before setting up your workflow. Provider fees may apply. BuilditGPT does not currently offer two-way CRM sync.
Zapier & Make setup
In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. In Make, use a custom webhook. Copy the receiving URL.
Open Dashboard → Branding & embed → Send leads to your CRM. Paste the URL and choose Save webhook.
Choose Send test lead. Check the receiving tool's run history, then map name, email, phone and project summary to an action your CRM supports.
Turn on the Zap or scenario. Submit a real quote through your company chat and confirm the record appears in your CRM. Treat lead.test as a sample, not a customer.
A successful test delivery means the receiving address accepted the request—not that the CRM created a record. Always check the receiving workflow and final CRM entry.
Use your existing inbox as the starting point. New-lead alerts go to the contractor contact email saved in your account.
Email parsing depends on the receiving tool and can be less predictable than structured webhook fields. Do not assume a CRM can import an alert without configuration.
Custom receivers can verify X-BuilditGPT-Signature using HMAC-SHA256 over the raw JSON body. Use the lead ID to prevent duplicate records. Keep the signing secret private.
Prefer talking to your own AI assistant? Connect BuilditGPT as a connector and it can read and update your build data, price sheet, knowledgebase and website draft — acting only on your own company account.
https://builditgpt.com/mcphttps://builditgpt.com/mcpConnector availability depends on your ChatGPT or Claude plan. Website changes stay in draft until you publish from Dashboard → Website. The assistant always reads your current data before replacing it — review its changes in your dashboard.
Questions contractors ask
Not currently. BuilditGPT sends quote leads by email or to a saved webhook URL. You can use Zapier, Make or a custom receiver to connect those leads to a CRM if your CRM account supports the required action or API. These are connection paths, not native one-click BuilditGPT apps.
Create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and the Catch Hook trigger. Copy its URL into Dashboard → Branding & embed → Send leads to your CRM and save it. Send a test lead, check Zapier's run history, then map the fields into your CRM's supported create-contact or lead action. Enable the Zap and verify a real quote submission. Zapier may require a paid plan for your chosen workflow.
Lead alerts go to your saved contractor contact email. You can forward them to a CRM's supported email intake address, or use an email parser to extract fields. The receiving system needs its own intake or parsing capability; BuilditGPT does not automatically turn an email into a CRM record.
The lead payload includes its ID, name and available contact details, ZIP code, project type, summary, score, building specification and preview image URL when available. It also includes the event type, sending time and company name. Some fields can be empty. The webhook does not include a PDF attachment or the full conversation transcript.
The current automatic webhook is for new qualified leads submitted through a contractor's quote chat. Manually assigning a lead from the BuilditGPT master queue does not trigger it. Website-only contact form enquiries are saved separately and emailed to the contractor; they do not use the quote-lead webhook.
Each contractor can save one webhook URL. To send a lead to several destinations, branch the workflow in Zapier or Make, or use your own receiver. The receiver should use the lead ID to avoid duplicate CRM records.
