By accessing or using BuilditGPT (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BuilditGPT provides an embeddable quote assistant and lead-generation tools for contractors and home service businesses. Features, quote limits, and integrations depend on the plan you select.
3. Accounts & Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the platform or other users.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Fees are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans are billed upfront.
5. Intellectual Property
BuilditGPT and its branding, code, and content are owned by BuilditGPT. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service. We grant you a limited license to use the Service during your subscription.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Quote outputs are generated by AI and should be reviewed before use in final proposals or construction plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuilditGPT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
