Project type — Pole buildings & barns
Pole barn quotes without the twenty-question phone call
Post-frame projects live or die on details: span, eave height, door schedule, concrete, site access. BuilditGPT collects all of it in a chat before anyone picks up the phone.

What makes post-frame quoting slow
A pole building inquiry almost never arrives complete. "How much for a 40x60?" leaves out eave height, roof pitch, truss spacing, overhead and walk door counts, wainscot, insulation, whether there is a slab, and whether a truck can even reach the site. Each missing answer is a phone call, and most of those calls end with someone who was only curious.
What the assistant asks
- Building size, eave height and roof pitch
- Intended use — equipment storage, shop, livestock, living quarters
- Overhead and walk door sizes and placement
- Concrete slab, insulation, wainscot and colour selections
- Site conditions, access, and whether the ground is cleared and level
- Permitting, engineered drawings, timeline and budget range
What lands on your desk
A clean project profile — dimensions, options, site notes, timeline, budget, and the full chat transcript — plus contact details. No price is ever shown to the visitor, so you keep control of the number. You read the profile, price it once, and send it.
Add your own questions
Every builder has a question that saves a re-quote later — snow load, county, truss carrier, whether the customer is supplying the slab. Add those to the pole building question set in your dashboard and the assistant will ask them on every conversation.
